Defense Department Support to FEMA COVID-19       

MONROE, La – U.S. Air Force Maj. Rosemary Citizen, a critical care nurse from 316th Medical Group, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, completes routine patient care at St. Francis Medical Center, Monroe, Louisiana, Feb. 14, 2022.
