Clark Duramold F-46 (Fairchild): The Duramold aircraft was, as the name implied, an aircraft built with a molded wooden fuselage. It was developed by Colonel V. E. Clark, famous for the "Clark Y" airfoil. Duramold was a subsidiary of the Fairchild Corporation, hence the F-46 designation carried by the craft.
