Substantial repairs of the Lorain Harbor confined disposal facility includes seed cover for added stability and erosion prevention in Lorain, Ohio, October 12. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District and its contractor, Akron-based SAF, Inc., completed the repair approximately $300,000 to maintain the facility’s remaining capacity of nearly 300,000 CY for the placement of dredged sediment.
