Capt. Jennifer Swanberg, 321st Air Expeditionary Group emergency room nurse, administers a vaccine to an Afghan child as part of Task Force Eagle’s support of Operation Allies Welcome at Fort Lee, Virginia. The Department of Defense, through U.S. Northern Command and in support of the Department of Homeland Security, is providing transportation, temporary housing, medical screening and general support for Afghan evacuees at several installations across the country.
