HONOLULU (Aug. 17, 2021) - Adm. Samuel Paparo, commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, administers the oath of Midshipman to the University of Hawaii Manoa Midshipmen of the Naval Reserve Officers' Training Corps (NROTC). This is the first cohort of the NROTC at the University of Hawaii Manoa. The NROTC program provides new opportunities to college students who are seeking to further their own educational career while also making a difference and serving their country.
