Soldiers with 2nd Platoon of the 569th Engineer Company gather on a berm at Forward Operating Base Spin Boldak, Afghanistan, Oct. 7, 2012. Soldiers of the 569th Engineers have located hundreds of improvised explosive devices along routes in Spin Boldak since deploying to Afghanistan in February. The engineer unit currently holds the company record for the most IED finds using ground penetrating radar in Afghanistan. The unit is from Fort Carson, Colo.
