Army Reserve Pfc. Michael Marotta, a medic with the 691st Medical Detachment, races toward a simulated casualty as part of Regional Medic and Warrior Exercise 86-21-03 at Fort McCoy, Wis., July 14, 2021. Marotta and other medical personnel from the 691st were surprised with a trauma patient as they were still setting up their medical facility and treated the patient quickly and efficiently through the different stages of medical care of triage to surgery and stabilization.
