TSgt Straily deployed to ADAB from Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This is the second time in his career he's deployed to ADAB, but this time he fills two roles as lead crew chief and expediter for Sentry AMU. He maintains an optimum operating flight line, ensuring all maintenance is accounted for and distributed to the appropriate shops while also ensuring the training and smooth operation of his crew chiefs. Straily stepped into these roles with no hesitation and an eagerness to fulfill his duties. He takes care of his team, and as a trusted leader, he passes that trust on to his team which builds teamwork, dedication, and a willingness to perform.
