Cantemir, Moldova - Maj. Patrick Mohan, former Chief, Office of Defense Cooperation, U.S. Embassy, Chisinau, accepts a plaque from Gen. Mihail Harabagiu, Chief, General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova following the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Cantemir Fire and Rescue Station June 3. The $340,200 construction and renovation project was managed by Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Europe, Africa and Central’s Expeditionary Business Line.
