Finnish fuel trucks park near a U.S. Air Force Reserve KC-135 Stratotanker assigned to the 459th Air Refueling Wing, Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, during Arctic Challenge Exercise 2021, June 15. The vehicles stage near the aircraft to allow Finnish personnel easy access to fuel the tanker in preparation for the day’s air-refueling mission. ACE 21 is a Royal Norwegian Air Force-led, Nordic large-force, live-fly Field Training Exercise hosted by Norway, Sweden and Finland, and focused on joint and combined air operations with NATO allies and partner nations.
