Construction Mechanic Constructionman (SCW) Jose Argueta takes some time off from a construction project, in order to help teach local children how to read. NMCB 1 is currently deployed to 6th Fleet Area of Responsibility (AOR) in support of construction operations throughout Europe and Africa.
