The Panther satellite terminal is a new satellite that receives and transmits data to Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network, Secret Internet Protocol Router Network and Video Teleconferencing. CE12 is a multinational command, control, communications and computer systems exercise designed to build and enhance communications and network interoperability between 41 nations and international organizations.
