CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti (April 14, 2021)– U.S. Navy Master at Arms Shay Riley from Victorville, Calif, currently filling a gaped billet at Personnel Support Office (PSO), is creating an identification card for Charlie Hurt, Chief Engineer on the USNS Carl Brashear. The ship is docked for a short time at the Port of Djibouti while the crew receive administrative assistance from the PSO office on Camp Lemonnier. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
