On April 2, 2021, Dr. Dolly Chugh addressed the leadership audience during an Office of the Army Surgeon General and U.S. Army Medical Command’s leadership seminars. The seminars support the OTSG Leader Development Program. She discussed her book “The Person You Mean To Be: How Good People Fight Bias.” Chugh has a term — “goodish” that means being something higher than just a good person. “The Person You Mean To Be” is included on a number of professional reading lists and is highly recommended by business and other leaders.
