An MH-60S Seahawk, assigned to the "Wildcards" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 23, unloads pallets of food and mail onto the guided-missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59). The ship received a total of 17 pallets of food and 2 pallets of mail during the vertical replenishment. Russell is underway of the coast of southern California after completing a composite training unit exercise, a tactical warfare exercise with the Abraham Lincoln Carrier Strike Group.
