Maj. Gen. Antonio A. CASAs are business and community leaders appointed by the Secretary of the Army to advise and support Army leaders across the country. CASAs serve to bridge the gap between the Army and civilian communities by disseminating information about the Army's objectives and major programs to the public through speeches, personal contact and participation in Army and community events.
