Aaron Thompson marches forward to begin the relinquish of responsibility ceremony Feb. 11., at Fort McCoy, Wis., the ceremony is a time honored tradition that symbolizes the transition of responsibility to the incoming command sergeant major. Lewis leaves his last command after completing 36 years of hard work and dedication to the Nation.
