The crew of a Coast Guard Boat Forces Saint Thomas 33-foot Special Purpose Craft – Law Enforcement boards the vessel 29-foot vessel Alternate Attitude just off Cruz Bay in Saint Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands Jan. 17, 2021.
