Col. Sean T. Boyette, commander of the 164th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, meets Governor Ron DeSantis, Governor of Florida, at the Hard Rock Stadium Community Based Testing Site (CBTS), January 6, 2021 in Miami, Fla. The state-run site, which was previously used only for COVID-19 testing, had a "soft opening" for the eligible population as it expands to include two new lanes for vaccines. Soldiers at the site work alongside civilian partners to provide administrative and logistical support to the providers administering the vaccines. Boyette is currently the commander of Task Force 164, responsible for mission command of the Florida Army National Guard's COVID-19 response efforts.
