Conrad Walters, acting command sergeant major, both of Regional Health Command-Pacific, signed a proclamation declaring April as Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month in RHC-P. Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month is intended to draw attention to the fact that sexual violence remains an intolerable act violent crime that impacts mission readiness for the Army community.
