ROTA, Spain - Brigadier General Marcus B. Annibale, chief of staff at Naval Striking and Support Forces NATO presents a Letter of Commendation to Builder 1st Class Brian Hinkson, of Westpark, Flroida, and Construction Electrician 3rd Class Cutter J. Bullen, of Grand Rapids, MI, both assigned to Public Works Department aboard NAVSTA Rota December 4, 2020. The two Seabees coordinated and installed multiple security devices that resolved security vulnerabilities within 16 hours resulting in minimal down time and zero safety incidents.
