In the middle of the night, members assigned to the 396th Combat Support Hospital and 1-228th Aviation Regiment, carry a Honduran citizen to a U.S. Army HH-60 Black Hawk helicopter for transport to the burn rehabilitation center in Tegucigalpa, Honduras Nov. 30, 2020.
