Military personnel are working on a rooftop to erect or maintain a tall green antenna mast secured with guy wires and stabilized at its base with sandbags on a wooden pallet. The setting appears to be a military installation or base, identifiable by the olive-drab equipment, Quonset hut-style structures visible in the background, and uniformed personnel. The image was taken under clear blue sky conditions with excellent lighting.
