A piece of a glass chimney for a lamp discovered at Fort McCoy is shown. It's unusual to find such a large piece of a chimney due to the thinness of the glass used. This specimen was manufactured by the White Flame Light Co. sometime in the early 20th century. (Photo contributed by Center for the Environmental Management of Military Lands)
