(August 3, 2020) Lines swing in the breeze as Paul Lussier repairs the pulleys atop the 60-foot flagpole overlooking Naval Submarine Base (SUBASE) New London and the Submarine Force Library and Museum. Lussier, a professional flagpole climber, was brought in by SUBASE New London Public Works Department to repair the pulleys at the top of the flagpole from which the national ensign normally flies.
