Aviation Machinist's Mate 3rd Class Justin Hooks, from Harriman, Tenn. and Aviation Machinist's Mate 3rd Class Brittany Sciulla from Pine Brush, N.Y., both assigned to Patrol Squadron (VP) 8, dislodge a bearing stuck inside of a turtleback pin they discovered during scheduled maintenance of a P-3C Orion aircraft. VP-8 is on a scheduled six-month deployment to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
