200805-N-HR150-1008 SAGAMI WON (August 5, 2020) - Gunner's Mate Seaman Jonathon Nava, from Fontana, California, loads .50 caliber ammunition into 10 round belts prior to a live-fire exercise aboard U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). Live fire exercises are opportunities for Sailors to train and qualify on various weapon platforms. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
