Captain Jonathan Jett-Parmer, Commanding Officer, SurgeMain Norfolk, visits Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) July 23 to meet with SurgeMain reservist Sailors supporting a variety of ship projects between now and September 2021. NNSY has currently onboarded 127 SurgeMain Sailors since July 6 and is expected to attain more than 480.
