Sgt. Quintin Shine, a non-commissioned officer with Assembly Area Lions, is checking the water levels on one of the hand washing stations that are set up for Soldiers. Shine is working with the Joint Reception, Staging, Onward movement and Integration and is assisting many National Guardsmen who are stationed at hotels to keep them from infecting their families during the pandemic.
