Philip Cook, deputy division chief of Intelligence and Security for the Program Executive Office – Missiles and Space, stands outside a new PEO MS facility under construction near Gate 9 on Redstone Arsenal. The new facility will allow the PEO to bring more of the workforce “inside the fence.” This will significantly reduce vulnerabilities related to personnel working at locations not on Redstone Arsenal, according to Cook.
