C., and Aviation Electrician’s Mate 3rd Class Marley Crawford, from St. Augustine, Fla., both assigned to the Battlecats of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 73, conduct maintenance on the main rotor head of an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter in the hangar bay of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59).during a composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX). Princeton is part of the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group (CSG). COMPTUEX is an intensive exercise designed to fully integrate units of the CSG, while testing its ability as a whole to carry out sustained combat operations from the sea.
