Dean Peters, left, presents the Annual Commander’s Award for Best Performing Fleet Readiness Center Shop to Greg Davis (center) and Lt. j.g. Antonio Hart (right) from Fleet Readiness Center Southeast’s (FRCSE) F414 Engine Production Team. In response to the Secretary of Defense’s mandate to increase F/A-18 Super Hornet Readiness to 80% mission capable by September 2019, FRCSE collaborated with industry partners to implement commercial aviation best practices to improve performance.
