Firaya Sultanova-Zhdanova, 46, a former Russian national team competitor, running for the Atlanta-based Foot Solutions won the women's race with a time of 58:31. Third Army/U.S. Army Central's Road Racers placed second n the all-comer's division ending their six year winning streak. The race this year drew a record 26,000 runers and is the largest 10-mile race in America and second in the world.
