The assistant navigator informs the commanding officer, executive officer and chief of the boat that the commissioning pennant has been fully raised aboard USS Vermont (SSN 792), bringing the ship to life during a small commissioning ceremony held by the crew. Vermont is the 19th Virginia-class fast-attack submarine.
