Maj. James Poppy, Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 252 detachment officer-in-charge, embraces his daughter Lauren at an Independence Day homecoming celebration, July 4, after three months supporting the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit. More than 40 Marines and sailors returned home for a two-week operational pause from the MEU, making this the first time since September 2010 the entire squadron has been home from deployments.
