A long, empty institutional corridor with white paneled walls and a dark tiled floor receding into the distance. The hallway is lined with multiple doors on both sides, framed pictures/posters on the walls, and fluorescent ceiling lights. The setting appears to be a school, dormitory, or office building based on the architectural style and wall decorations.

200324-N-XX082-0003 MONTEREY, Calif. (March 24, 2020) Passageways remain empty for students attached to Information Warfare Command (IWTC) Monterey who take classes at the Defense Language Institute. In response to Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) concerns, Sailors at IWTC Monterey, along with their joint-service colleagues, have transitioned entirely to remote and/or virtual learning. IWTC Monterey, as part of the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT), provides a continuum of foreign language training to Navy personnel, which prepares them to conduct information warfare across the full spectrum of military operations.
