U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Noah Minner, landing support specialist, 2d Marine Logistics Group, poses for a portrait during Maritime Prepositioning Force Exercise (MPFEX) 20 on Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island, Feb. 14, 2020. Minner’s role is to maintain accountability of the cargo incoming from the lighterage during MPFEX 20 by use of Integrating the Placement and Registration for Identifying Materials and Equipment (IPRIME) which efficiently records cargo inventory in minutes by use of Radio Frequency Identification technology to enable automated asset tracking. The deployable IPRIME kit is a mobile, autonomous data communications package that has been successfully used during 22 exercises worldwide. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Rachel K. Young-Porter)
