Ernest “Ike” Robinson works for the NCO Club greeting guests and keeping the lunch buffet fully stocked, clean and looking delicious. Robinson has worked on Fort Jackson for more than 70 years as a golf caddy, cook for the onetime Officer’s Club and Enlisted Men’s Club, and now at the NCO Club. He has also served as a caddy, cook, supervisor and manager throughout the years.
