U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. (Ret.) Tomás Hawkins served as the second U.S. Transportation Command senior enlisted leader from Dec. 1, 2009 to Nov. 10, 2011. During that timeframe, Hawkins advised two commanders and senior staff on all matters concerning joint force integration, readiness, professional development, and effective utilization of the enlisted corps.
