190614-N-DX868-1016 NAS POINT MUGU, Calif. (June 14, 2019) Sailors assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 1 don joint service lightweight integrated suit technology (JLIST) during a convoy training evolution at Naval Air Station Point Mugu, Calif. The JLIST is mission oriented protective posture (MOPP) equipment that protects Sailors in the event of a chemical weapons attack. CRS-1 is qualifying for upcoming deployment requirements. The Coastal Riverine Force is a core Navy capability that provides port and harbor security, high value asset security, and maritime security operation in the coastal and inland waterways.
