Commander, Carrier Strike Group Two, Rear Adm. Gregory M. Nosal, presents books for school libraries to a group of Maryland’s Teachers of the Year following their breakfast in the Ward Room aboard the amphibious transport dock USS San Antonio (LPD-17) during Baltimore's Star-Spangled Sailabration. Star-Spangled Sailabration is the national launch of the three-year commemoration by the U.S. Navy and the State of Maryland of the Bicentennial of the War of 1812 and the penning of "The Star-Spangled Banner" by Francis Scott Key.
