200121-N-PP451-1004 SANTA RITA, Guam (Jan. 21, 2020) Construction Electrician 2nd Class Zachary Feldhausen, from Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1’s Detail China Lake, provides instructions to U.S. Navy Seabees deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s Detail Guam on proper operating procedures of the Mobile Asphalt Batch Plant. The batch plant will be used to produce hot-mix asphalt in support of Naval Base Guam construction projects. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high-quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
