Zinder, former commanding officer of Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune and Capt. David A. Lane, new commanding officer of NHCL stand at attention and prepare to depart from NHCL's Change of Command ceremony in accordance with Naval traditions aboard MCB Camp Lejeune, June 8. Zinder relinquished command of NHCL to Lane after serving at the hospital for two years.
