The command team of the 812th Engineer Company (interior) are presented a readiness award by the Ohio Army National Guard command team at the 2020 Army Leaders Conference at the Defense Supply Center Columbus, Oct. 25, 2019, in Columbus Ohio. The conference was an opportunity for these leaders at all levels of command to gather, discuss best practices and get guidance from Col.
