John Kubinec (right), Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex commander, Timothy Gray (left), 402nd Commodities Maintenance Group director, and Marion Williams, Local American Federation of Government Employees 987 president, cut the ribbon on the newly renovated Transformation, Operations, Process Improvement Center, Aug. 1, 2019, at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. TOPIC, as it is commonly referred to, opened its doors gives the 402nd CMXG workers a place to host Art of the Possible events, along with other training courses in house.
