The Sounds of the Season poster was used in print and – largely digital format to promote the U.S. Air Force Heartland of America Band’s annual holiday concert series. The theme of the series focused on the ‘Berlin Candy Bomber’ of post-World War II where the pilot, Col. Gail Seymour "Hal" Halvorse parachuted candy to children in West Berlin. The concert and graphic were well received prompting the band to add another concert to the sold out concert lineup. (U.S. Air Force graphic by Josh Plueger)
