The 55th Wing Air Show and Public Affairs Offices wanted to promote the 2019 Defenders of Freedom Air & Space Show with a series of ‘teaser’ posters that would showcase the USAF Thunderbirds - the marquee act, swooping across iconic Nebraska landmarks as they move across the state toward Offutt Air Force Base. The posters would be released in chronological order to remind the external publics of the coming airshow. Each poster would be downloadable form the base website and promoted on social media platforms. The first poster is in rural Nebraska where the thunderbirds fly by Chimney Rock; the second poster has them continuing east through the I-80 Archway; the third and final teaser has them buzzing the ‘Sower’ on the state capital building in Lincoln, Neb; the Fourth Poster would be the Official Air & Space Poster.
