SANTA RITA, Guam (Dec. 5, 2019) Fire Control Technician 2nd Class Patrick Trevino, from Versailles, Ky., and Legalman 1st Class Stacy Oglesby-Peacock, from Nahunta, Ga., are awarded Junior Sailor of the Year and Sailor of the Year during an awards ceremony at Commander, Submarine Squadron Fifteen (CSS-15). CSS-15 is responsible for providing training, material, and personnel readiness support to four Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine commands located at Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam.
