The Texas National Guard Joint Counterdrug Task Force hosted its first senior leadership workshop of the fiscal year at Camp Mabry in Austin, Texas. The Counterdrug Coordinator, Col. Miguel Torres, welcomed his current supervisors to provide feedback and discuss hot topics, as well as giving the incoming coordinator, Lt. Col. Erika Besser, the opportunity to learn the program in an informal setting.
