IPPS-A Senior Enlisted Advisor, Sgt. Maj. Stephanie Owens, visited DFAS October 29, 2019. Owens learned of the DFAS training program, which began in August. Twelve teams made up of one DFAS 42A HR Specialist and one 36B Financial Management Technician have visited over 20 active duty installations in the last three months training Human Resource professionals on the fundamentals of Army finance.
